The Cost of Embroidery
One of the crucial concerns of our customers is, "How much will it cost?" While every job has slightly different requirements, there are some general pricing guidelines which can help you determine costs.
Logo Embroidery
These prices cover designs with 1 to 9 colors and are based on the maximum number of stitches per category. Minimum charge for any one order is $25.00.

Monogramming
For
a truly personalized garment, U.S. Embroidery and Monogram, Inc. can
stitch names, initials or even personalized sayings on almost any
garment.
$5.00 @ for first or last name;
$7.00 @ for first and last name;
$3.00 @ for each additional line (up to 18 characters)

Program Set Up Time & Charges
- Regular (2 weeks) $125.00
- Rush (1 week) $187.50
Rush Production Charges
- Same day delivery: 100% above regular price
- 2 day delivery: 75% above regular price
- 3 day delivery: 50% above regular price
- 4 day delivery: 25% above regular price
Computer Set-Up
- All computer set-ups are the property of U.S. Embroidery
- Custom set-ups of basic lettering fonts (not digitized)
mixing block letters on an arc or script letters
in a straight line = $ 35.00 per design - Adding up to 15 letters with no artwork
on an existing set-up = $35.00 per design - Straight copy of 9 letters or less, one style,
one size letter = $35.00 per design - Increasing embroidery size from garment to garment
after digitizing has been made, like a cap logo - 2.25" to a shirt chest 2.75" = No Charge
Drop Shipment Charges
- $ 5.00 per location
- $10.00 per carton for repacking
(change in distribution from original P.O.) - All shipments will be insured at their replacement value
- Metallic thread is .50 cents additional per garment
- Jacket back designs will be approximately
$3.00 additional for handling - U.S. Embroidery cannot be held responsible for supplier errors, wrong sizes, mis-shipments, or shortages, if we do not supply the garments. U.S. Embroidery is not responsible for loss of supplied merchandise up to 2% of the order. Anything damaged over the 2% will be credited at cost of garment.
